Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support to patients and their families during the night shift.
- Document all patient care services in medical records in a timely and thorough manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, specifically in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during the night shift.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong focus on patient advocacy.
