Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth assessments and interventions for patients during overnight hours
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via secure digital platforms
- Accurately document patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR)
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage critical situations
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence remotely
- Participate in virtual case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (telehealth preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification (current)
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic/EMR)
- Flexibility to cover variable overnight shifts
