Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms and in-person assessments during night shifts
- Monitor and interpret patient data using remote monitoring systems and electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical expertise
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide patient education and support to promote health literacy and recovery
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with telehealth technology and remote monitoring systems preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
