Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced RNs
- Assess patient conditions and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in our structured RN residency program with 12 weeks of clinical orientation
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Utilize Epic EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license (or eligibility)
- NCLEX-RN pass date within last 6 months
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
