Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and clinical assessment during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to changes in condition or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and clinical findings in electronic health records.
- Ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety rounds.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, especially in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts.
