Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans during overnight hours
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Coordinate emergency response and critical interventions during low-staffing periods
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license with WA endorsement)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience with commitment to BSN within 2 years
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift preference
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR and critical care monitoring systems
- Proven ability to make autonomous decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
