Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations with clinical excellence
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC or PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
