Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs & document patient condition changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers & rehabilitation exercises
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain sterile environments & infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations per facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Night shift availability (7pm-7am)
- Pass background/drug screening
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
