Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional direct patient care in critical care units and emergency departments
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment responses
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in rapid response and code blue emergencies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
