Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night shifts in acute care settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes in electronic health records
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- BSN or associate degree in Nursing with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous night shift experience preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR system highly desirable
