Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation per regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and healthcare leadership
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within last 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
