Responsibilities
- Assess patient health issues and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and conditions throughout the night shift, reporting any changes immediately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including doctors and LPNs, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Document patient care activities, including symptoms, reactions, and treatments, in medical records.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
