Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units during night shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations with calm expertise
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA protocols
- Participate in peer-to-peer shift handovers and quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize flexible scheduling to swap shifts based on personal needs
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- BSN or enrollment in BSN program required
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
