Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/critical settings during night shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with remote access capabilities
- Respond to emergent situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with telehealth technologies preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
