Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient information, vital signs, and care interventions in electronic health records
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Complete required training modules and continuing education
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active California RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Pass NCLEX exam (or scheduled to take within 90 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
