Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Participate in residency training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (new graduates welcome)
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Willingness to complete our 12-week residency program
