Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute and sub-acute settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on discharge plans and preventive care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Ohio RN license (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience acceptable
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible 8/12-hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
