Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, documenting accurately in EMR systems
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain immediately)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- NCLEX exam pass date or scheduled test date required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
