Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Monitor vital signs and administer medications according to physician orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and nursing staff to develop patient care plans.
- Hygiene & Comfort: Assist patients with daily living activities to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient emergencies and code blue situations.
- Communication: Educate patients and families about treatment plans and hospital procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or Diploma).
- Licensure: Active New York State RN License.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome new graduates and career changers.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
