Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in medical-surgical, ER, or ICU units
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans using EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible by start date
- ADN or BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
- Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation
- No prior nursing experience required – we train new grads!
