Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the charge nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and medical histories accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Candidate must possess a current Texas RN License (or be willing to obtain one).
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Phlebotomy experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
