Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals of all ages under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
- Assist with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and basic wound care.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within the facility.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a current, active RN license issued by the state of Ohio.
- Must hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
