Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and record accurate data in electronic health records.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient progress, symptoms, and changes in condition promptly.
- Assist in emergency response procedures and trauma care when necessary.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
- Willingness to be trained on specialized medical equipment and procedures.
