Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing care plan
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or willingness to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- No prior experience required – new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or willingness to obtain)
