Responsibilities
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.Document patient medical history and symptoms accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
