Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical areas
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to care
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuing education and training programs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active Minnesota RN license (or eligible)
- BLS certification (required within 30 days)
- Passing score on NCLEX exam
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
