Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in the electronic health system.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in emergency response situations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or required upon hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
