Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse medical units under preceptor guidance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document clinical observations and patient progress using electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient safety standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development through our structured residency curriculum
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or eligibility
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- NCLEX-RN pass notification (or exam scheduled within 3 months)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- No prior nursing experience required
