Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including med-surg, telemetry, and emergency departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and care outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) from accredited institution
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred)
