Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately in EHR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active North Carolina RN license or eligible to obtain immediately
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
