Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures under physician supervision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) required
