Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs by collecting and recording medical data and history.
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies as directed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities and vital signs.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in stabilizing patient conditions promptly.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- CPR and BLS certification required (we can assist with obtaining if needed).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
