Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Document patient assessments and electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care planning
- Participate in 12-week new graduate residency program
- Adhere to JCAHO and state nursing board regulations
- Maintain patient safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Active Florida RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 90 days)
- BLS certification (provided during orientation)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to 12-month employment agreement
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends
