Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with healthcare protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within the department.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education.
