As a Remote RN, you will deliver exceptional patient care through virtual platforms, empowering patients to manage their health from the comfort of their homes while you enjoy a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via secure telehealth video and phone calls.
- Document patient encounters accurately and in real-time within our advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams.
- Provide detailed health education, medication management guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in clinical status immediately.
- Manage and respond to secure patient messaging and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (or a compact state).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in acute care or telehealth.
- Strong proficiency with technology and remote work tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
