Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms, reporting any significant changes or emergencies immediately.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, infection control policies, and hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Washington State Department of Health.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
