Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and general wards
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, safety protocols, and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with nursing best practices
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership roles
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- ACLS, BLS, and specialized certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS) based on unit
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
