Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documentation, and patient charts.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, infection control standards, and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
