Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medication management, and disease prevention.
- Adhere to all hospital safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
