Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive remote patient assessments via secure video and audio channels.
- Document patient symptoms, medical history, and care plans accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Triage patient inquiries and determine appropriate levels of care, escalating critical cases to on-site providers immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide health education and resources to patients to promote self-management and wellness.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and hospital telehealth protocols.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate telehealth platforms and EHR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
