Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in our medical facility.
- Assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active and valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient safety.
