Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our dynamic medical facility.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and promptly report any changes or adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, management, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
