Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
