Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient condition changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and medical equipment operation
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team for coordinated care
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Administer medications under supervision as per policy
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
