Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and standards.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress while documenting all observations accurately.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members regarding patient conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment at all times.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN or CNA license in the State of Georgia (or willingness to obtain).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospital environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
