Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse healthcare settings including ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per protocol
- Document patient assessments and electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in target specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS required for pediatrics)
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
- Flexibility for 8-12 hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass comprehensive background check and health screening
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
