Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
