Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Missouri (or compact state eligibility).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred based on unit.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
