Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EMR systems with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred for specialty roles
