Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments in real-time.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families regarding care status.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and high patient volume.
